White bean dip and raw vegetables
- 70 g canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 g chives, chopped
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 10 mL nut oil
- Assorted raw vegetables

- Mix beans, chives, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl.
- Mash with a fork until smooth.
- Serve with assorted raw vegetables, such as cucumbers, carrots, sugar snap peas, bell peppers, broccoli, and grape tomatoes.
