Rosemary cod

  • 6 g rosemary, dried
  • 7 g ground black pepper
  • 2 cod filets
  • 15 mL olive oil
  • 15 mL lemon juice
  • 60 mL dry white wine
  • 2 lemon wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. In a small bowl, combine wine, oil, lemon juice, pepper, rosemary and whisk with a fork.
  3. Brush the cod with the wine mixture. Place it on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the fish over and return to the oven for 7 minutes.
  4. Transfer fish to individual plates and squeeze lemon over each filet. Serve hot.
Nutritional advice:

With a high protein content and only 1% fat, cod has great advantages! Be careful while cooking: this fish is very delicate and can become dry if you cook it for too long.
