Creamy endives, honey and walnuts
- 2 endives
- 200 g ricotta
- 20 g honey
- 15 g walnuts
- 10 g chives
- 1 shallot
- A pinch of chili pepper

- Wash the endives and separate the leaves. Chop the chives and the shallot.
- Crush the walnuts and mix them in a salad bowl with the ricotta, shallot, and chives. Season to taste with chili pepper and pepper and chill in the fridge.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mix onto each leaf. Drizzle some honey on top.
